Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use games and apps published by HyperPolished ApS ("we", "us"). Our games are free, have no accounts, and do not sell anything — so these terms are short. By downloading or using one of our apps, you agree to them.
Your licence to use the app
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use our apps for your own entertainment on devices you own or control. You may not sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the apps.
Acceptable use
Please don't:
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or assets, except where the law expressly permits it;
- tamper with, cheat, or exploit the game in ways that damage the experience for others (for example, falsifying leaderboard scores);
- use the apps for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of the rules of the platform you obtained them from.
Our content
The apps, their code, artwork, audio, names, and logos are owned by HyperPolished ApS or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other rights. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you beyond the limited licence above.
The App Store and third parties
If you obtained the app from Apple's App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies and, where it conflicts with these terms, governs your use of that copy. Our apps may link out to third-party platforms (for example featured videos on TikTok, YouTube, or Snapchat); once you follow such a link you are subject to that platform's own terms, not ours.
Privacy
How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
No warranty
Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. You use them at your own discretion.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HyperPolished ApS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps. Because our apps are provided free of charge, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the app — which is zero. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
Changes
We may update or discontinue an app, or update these terms, at any time. When we change these terms we will update the effective date above; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Denmark have jurisdiction — except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence grants you the right to bring proceedings locally.
